Licensed Therapist - LPC, LCSW, PhD

We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and clinically skilled licensed mental health professional to provide high-quality counseling and psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and/or groups. In this role, you will help clients navigate emotional, behavioral, and life challenges while supporting their overall well-being through ethical, evidence-based care.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy services tailored to client needs using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals as appropriate.
• Collaborate with other care providers, referral sources, and support services to coordinate care as needed.
• Assess risk and respond appropriately to concerns related to safety, crisis intervention, and mandated reporting.
• Support clients in building coping skills, resilience, and long-term strategies for wellness.
• Uphold all ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements associated with licensed practice.

What We’re Looking For

• Current, active licensure in good standing as an LPC, LCSW, or PhD-level clinician, depending on role requirements.
• Demonstrated experience providing mental health counseling or psychotherapy in a clinical setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and intervention skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain effective therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of confidentiality standards, ethical practice, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative care environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with a variety of presenting concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, or life transitions.
• Training in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care.
• Experience providing services in outpatient, private practice, community mental health, or integrated care settings.
• Multilingual abilities or experience serving diverse populations.
