Knowledge and Content Manager

To support business development initiatives, the full-time remote Knowledge and Content Manager will govern proposal content repositories, maintain SharePoint sites, and enforce content management best practices across the organization. Key responsibilities Manage and ensure the accuracy and usability of business development content repositories Architect and maintain the Business Development SharePoint site, integrating it with Microsoft Teams Train users on knowledge management tools and implement metrics to monitor content effectiveness Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Knowledge Management, Information Systems, or related field 5-7 years of experience in federal government contracting, particularly in Business Development or Proposal Management Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online configuration and maintenance Strong understanding of federal RFPs and proposal development lifecycles Experience with AI tools for content management and proposal development
