Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 9 hours
Start Date: ASAP

About the Position

· FP or NP/PA (rate negotiable)

· Dates Needed: June 15,17,20,21,23,25,29

· 12 hour shifts on week days, 9 hour shifts on weekends

·1 year exp UC or EM

·NJ   license, BLS, and DEA(DOT preferred not required)

·30-40+ patients a day

· Be comfortable with all ages 

· Support Staff: 2 MA

· EMR Experity
