Production Laborer

Job Description

Badger State Staffing is seeking a motivated and reliable General Laborer for a full-time opportunity in the Oshkosh area. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, offering a chance to gain valuable hands-on experience and grow your career in the manufacturing industry.

What you’ll do:

Ensure smooth production flow by assisting with various tasks, including operating machinery, material handling, and packaging
Operate slabbing machines (training provided)
Safely lift, carry, and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Package finished products for shipment
Maintain a clean and organized production environment with end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup, sweeping and removing waste from the area on a daily and weekly basis

Qualifications:

Must be a team player with a strong work ethic
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, stoop, and bend for extended periods, up to 10 hours per shift
Proven track record of reliable and committed work performance
