Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and prospects, delivering a welcoming, professional experience in person and by phone
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and thoughtful personal touchpoints (calls, emails, and personal touches like birthday/holiday outreach)
• Manage daily office workflow to ensure smooth, efficient operations
• Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and proactively support advisor
• Update and maintain client information within the CRM

Compensation & Work Environment

• Salary: $45,000+ Negotiable based on experience
• Benefits: Health Insurance and 401k
• PTO: Paid Vacation and Holidays
• Schedule: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
• Location: In-office role (Dublin, OH)
