Ultrasound Technologist (Diagnostic Medical Sonographer)

Join the team as an Ultrasound Technologist (Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) where you will operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce diagnostic images used by physicians to diagnose and treat medical conditions. This opportunity is located in Wilson, NC at a hospital setting. Candidates should be prepared to work night shift hours.

Minimum Requirements:

• National certification in specialty from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with Meditech preferred.
• Ability to work night shift hours (2000–0630).
• Must meet client requirement for travel consideration: candidates must be 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for travel opportunities. (Local-rate candidates not eligible for travel roles.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a hospital imaging department, including exposure to cancer care, cardiac care, orthopedics, and surgical imaging workflows.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 2000–0630.
• Nights.
• Orientation occurs on a bi-weekly basis.
• May be required to float to other regional facilities as needed.
