Unit Overview This exciting opportunity to work with the best in health care offers competitive compensation and flexible scheduling. We utilize EPIC electronic health record in all our outpatient offices and DAX co-pilot which is integrated into our electronic health record to create AI generated progress notes. Our primary care team is supported by an interdisciplinary staff of medical assistants, LPNs, health coaches, and community health workers. We have robust Addiction Medicine services at Cooper and Integrative Behavioral Health. Short Description The Department of Cooper Family Medicine is a part of Cooper University Health Care and provides Primary Care Services to the communities of Southern New Jersey. We are a large Academic department of about 30 health care providers comprising Physicians and Advanced Practice Professionals located at thirteen clinical sites in South Jersey. We cover a large geographical area including practices within 30 minutes to Philadelphia and Trenton. Department faculty have the opportunity to be actively involved in the Family Medicine Residency Program at Cooper Health and medical student education for Cooper Medical School at Rowan University. Our providers participate in an Accountable Care Organization with a population health team to support our providers.
