Nursing - Medical-Surgical Nursing Faculty

Job Overview Medical‑Surgical Nursing Faculty – Bethel University is seeking a full‑time, tenure‑track faculty member to begin in August 2025. The role includes teaching fall and spring semesters, coordinating and delivering medical‑surgical didactic courses and clinicals, and other departmental and professional responsibilities on the Mishawaka campus. Responsibilities Teach medical‑surgical nursing courses for the fall and spring semesters. Develop and deliver didactic and clinical content for medical‑surgical units. Coordinate classroom and clinical learning environments. Participate in departmental service, curriculum development, and professional activities. Qualifications Minimum of a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree; a doctoral degree is preferred. Valid nursing license and experience in medical‑surgical nursing. Demonstrated ability to teach and mentor nursing students. Commitment to Bethel University's Christian mission and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
