The ideal candidate will have Experience in Senior care and possess the skills necessary to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to caring, effective communication, and the ability to handle physical demands associated with caregiving.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.Provide observation to monitor conditions and report any changes to supervisor.Support clients with mobility assistance, including transfers.Ensure a safe environment by adhering to resident rights and maintaining cleanliness in the home.Medication reminders.Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.Escort to appointments or errands.RequirementsExperience 1 or more years working with senior population.Strong skills in Activities of Daily Living (ADL's).Ability to perform care and assist clients with physical mobility challenges.Excellent verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and their families.Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.Must be reliable, punctual, compassionate and able to work independently while following care plans diligently.Become a valued part of our team and help enhance the lives of aging adults in our community!Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hourWork Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
