You’ll work across functions to simplify processes, strengthen performance visibility, and turn data into actionable insights. By combining ITM (Lean) principles with modern digital tools, you’ll help teams improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost—creating sustainable results that last.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to operations, coaching others, and translating strategy into practical improvements.
