Summary We are seeking a highly observant, detail-oriented and hands‑on Production Assistant to support daily production operations and continuous improvement initiatives. This position works closely with production management and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate documentation, smooth workflow, and ongoing process improvements throughout the plant. Responsibilities Review, organize and file all production‑related documents Double‑check forms for completeness and accuracy Perform daily data entry and maintain production records Assist in coordinating and documenting employee training Verify incoming deliveries against packing list and conduct receiving process Greet and escort vendors as needed Collect and organize production data for reporting and analysis Assist in updating and presenting performance metrics Support daily and monthly improvement action plans Participate in process improvement activities on the production floor Help develop and maintain standard procedures and training materials Identify opportunities for efficiency, accuracy and waste reduction Support cross‑functional project execution Other duties as assigned Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
