Job Description

What You’ll Do

Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, patching, and repair
Install premium concrete coating systems for residential and commercial customers
Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain clean, organized job sites
Deliver professional customer experiences on every project
Work alongside a fast-paced, team-oriented crew

What We’re Looking For

Construction or concrete coating experience preferred
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments
Team player mentality with attention to detail
Willingness to learn and grow with the company
