What You’ll Do
- Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, patching, and repair
- Install premium concrete coating systems for residential and commercial customers
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Deliver professional customer experiences on every project
- Work alongside a fast-paced, team-oriented crew
What We’re Looking For
- Construction or concrete coating experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments
- Team player mentality with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
