Job Title: Non‑CDL Delivery Driver

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Non‑CDL Delivery Driver to join a dedicated delivery team. In this role, you load your vehicle, transport products to customer locations, unload at each stop, and ensure the truck remains clean and well organized. You play a key part in delivering excellent customer service while driving safely and following all company procedures.

Pay: $20 - $30/hr + overtime available

Shift: First (1st) shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

• Load products onto the truck safely and accurately before each route.

• Deliver products to customers in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.

• Drive safely at all times and follow all traffic laws and company safety guidelines.

• Unload products at delivery locations with care to prevent damage.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑kept truck throughout the workday.

• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members to coordinate routes and deliveries.

• Follow all company procedures and complete required delivery documentation accurately.

• Use assigned equipment and follow safety practices while loading, transporting, and unloading products.

• Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled routes and meet delivery deadlines.

Essential Skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Proven ability to drive and operate vans or box trucks safely.

• Ability to lift, move, and carry products as needed throughout the shift.

• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability in completing assigned routes.

• Good time‑management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries.

• Ability to provide friendly, professional customer service at each stop.

• Willingness to be trained on delivery procedures, equipment, and safety practices.

• Effective communication skills to interact with dispatch, customers, and team members.

• Commitment to following traffic laws, company policies, and safety guidelines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience driving delivery vans or box trucks.

• Experience working in transport or delivery environments.

• Positive attitude and commitment to excellent service.

• Comfort working in a warehouse and on the road throughout the day.

Work Environment

You primarily work between a warehouse and customer locations. Your day starts in a warehouse environment where you load and unload products, then transition to driving a high‑top delivery vehicle equipped with a camera. The role involves regular lifting and carrying of products, spending significant time on the road, and maintaining a clean, organized truck. Dress is practical and suitable for warehouse work and driving, with adherence to any safety gear or attire required by company policy.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sandwich, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
