In Home Healthcare RN - Adult Patients (Weekend Shifts)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled homecare for adult patients, focusing on complex needs such as feeding tubes, tracheostomy, ventilators, and medication administration (training available). Key Responsibilities Include Delivering and documenting quality patient care per physician orders and care plans. Assessing patient conditions, monitoring changes, and reporting outcomes. Implementing nursing actions, updating care plans, and ensuring infection control standards. Educating patients and families on disease management, self-care, and prevention. Maintaining compliance with policies, regulations, and professional standards. Qualifications And Skills Active, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state. Current CPR certification and TB test (within last 12 months). Preferred: six months of clinical nursing experience; home health experience is a plus. Proficiency in assessments, documentation, and compliance. Effective communication, organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Additional Requirements Reliable transportation and ability to travel. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and respond to emergencies. Ability to work in diverse environments, potentially exposed to bodily fluids and infectious diseases.
