Grocery Warehouse Associate / Unloader

Job Summary We are seeking Local Hire Grocery Freezer Unloaders/loaders to join our team in Baytown, TX. The primary responsibility of this role is to safely and efficiently unload/load frozen meat from the freezer section of the grocery warehouse onto pallets. This is not a travel team opportunity, so applicants must live locally. We offer daily pay which allows you to draw money daily from your paycheck. Qualifications Ability to work in a freezer environment with temperatures as low as -20 degrees Fahrenheit (Freezer gear provided) Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment Grocery experience is a plus Responsibilities Load/Unload Frozen meat onto pallets Ensure accurate and complete orders are selected for delivery May need to operate warehouse equipment, such as electric pallet jacks, to move products Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times responsibilities may change at any time Pay and Shift Details Shift: Wednesday through Saturday 4:00am-2:30pm ( 4 - 10 hour shifts) Pay: Performance‑based pay, with the average associate earning $22/hour, but never less than $18/hour.
