Embroidery Machine Operator

Position Title: Embroidery Machine Operator – 1st Shift Wage: $18/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Embroidery Machine Operator Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and troubleshoot industrial‑sized embroidery machines to manufacture embroidered goods at the highest quality and efficiency standards Prepare machine for garments, including loading digitized designs into the machine network and making manual thread color and needle changes as needed Prepare garments for the machine, including hooping mechanisms and backing placement to ensure the highest possible quality and output Examine completed work to detect product defects and verify conformance, adjusting the machinery as needed to correct quality or efficiency issues Perform routine machine maintenance including daily oiling and lint control Requirements for Embroidery Machine Operator: Experience as an Embroidery Operator is a plus Strong attention to detail Good computer skills Benefits once hired on: Generous paid vacation, holidays and sick leave Insurance (medical, dental and vision) 401k with company match 100% company paid short‑term disability, long‑term disability and life insurance We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
