Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.52 / Hour Job Schedule: Tue 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Wed 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Thur 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Fri 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Sat 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, parking areas, entry points, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements. Prepare accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related concerns, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: At least one year of security-related experience is required. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
