This position is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory accuracy, and driving sales performance through effective staff supervision and merchandising. The role requires proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software, along with occasional travel for training or store visits.

• Manage inventory levels and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail management
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Skilled in Retail Management and Customer Relationship Management
• Proven team leadership abilities
• Experience with inventory control and cash handling
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
