Production Associate New Weekend Premium Differential

Opportunity Truvant is actively hiring for our rapidly expanding facility in Haslet, Texas. We operate 24/7 in support of the LEGO Group, offering positions across four crews with day and night shifts. Weekend Premium Differential Earn an additional $1.50/hour for weekend night shifts (Thursday midnight to 6:00 PM, Thursday–Saturday 6:00 PM – 6:15 AM) – 41 hours a week. Get Rewarded for Showing Up! Position Objective To inspect, package, and palletize products to Truvant and customer specifications. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Complete all required paperwork that applies to specific areas and products. Palletize products appropriately. Identify defective products. Operate a pallet jack, pallet wrapper, and other required equipment. Understand the production schedule. Other duties as assigned by leadership. Requirements No previous experience required; on-the-job training provided. Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Knowledge gained through on-the-job training of company products, policies, and procedures. Close attention to detail. Effective communication with co-workers in a courteous and professional manner. Team player skills. Ability to operate various equipment as needed to perform the job. Confidentiality of company and customer information. Adherence to all regulatory and company policies, procedures, work instructions including but not limited to: Truvant policies, customer‑specific policies, GMPs, regulatory (USDA), food safety and food defense. Physical And Environmental Requirements Read documents, printouts, computer screens and other communications. Hear well enough to communicate with co-workers. Reach, touch, grasp. Stand for prolonged periods. Climb, stoop/kneel, lift, pull and push. Conduct yourself safely to avoid accidents on the production floor. Work in various environments based on building location and products. Lifting and positioning weight loads up to 40 pounds (sedentary to medium work level).
