TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified PACU/Pre-Post Op RN in Santa Rosa, California, 95405!

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts (start times vary between 6:00 AM and 8:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-operative nursing care to patients in an outpatient surgery setting
• Adapt to variable start times ranging from 6:00 AM to 8:30 AM depending on daily assignment area
• Remain flexible and available to complete the full shift, as outpatient surgery does not have shift relief
• Float between sister facilities nearby the contracted location as required
• Complete required orientation modules prior to and during the start of the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active California RN license required (pending license accepted; compact license must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum of 1 year of PACU or pre/post-operative nursing experience
• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal; RTO requests may not exceed 7 days
• Must provide 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a traveler (locals accepted at a different rate)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an outpatient or ambulatory surgery environment
• Comfort with variable scheduling and adaptability to daily assignment changes
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
