Shift Type: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients based on physician orders and referrals
- Develop and update personalized treatment and discharge plans
- Deliver therapy focused on improving independence in daily living skills
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in line with practice acts and facility policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families for cohesive patient care
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD)
- Active California state OT license or ability to obtain one
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD)
Knowledge & Skills
- Occupational therapy evaluation and treatment techniques
- Treatment planning and discharge planning
- Accurate and timely documentation
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and communication
- Supervision of occupational therapy assistants
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations for therapy services
- Patient-centered approach to improving daily living skills
