Salary and Benefits The hourly pay range for this position is $30.25 - $50.50 Shift Differential – Up to $6 Relocation Assistance – $7,000 Temporary Housing Assistant - $1,800 per month for six (6) months Health Insurance – Employers Pay 80% (Around $50 Per Pay Period) Dental and Vision Insurance Offered Paid Time Off (24 Vacation Days in your first year) Retirement Package – 401(K) with 5% Match Tuition Reimbursement. Pet Insurance Legal Insurance Career Development Onsite Child Day Care Responsibilities Assist other members of the medical team to help patients, calculate drug doses, change dressings, insert and check catheters, start or change IVs, evaluate and monitor patients, prepare medical equipment and assist doctors with bedside procedures. Able to recognize complications in the intensive care patient. Closely monitored cardiac and physical status of the patient.
