Minimum 1+ Years Auto Body Experience - Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating Experience Preferred: Hands-on experience with paint correction techniques and ceramic coating applications strongly preferred.

Customer Excellence Focus Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to exceed client expectations.

Exceptional Work Ethic Consistently dependable, punctual, and maintains professional standards.

Self-Motivated & Results-Driven Works independently with minimal oversight while consistently delivering superior results.

Reliable Transportation Must have a truck or SUV to transport tools and materials to job sites.

Valid Driver's License Required for travel to various job locations.
