Strategic HR & Operations Leader

Meridian Charter Schools is seeking a Managing Director of Operations and Human Resources. You will report to the COO and serve as the HR and operational liaison to school leaders across three campuses in Chicago, driving strategic initiatives and special projects. The role requires leading HR systems, policy development, and compliance, with a focus on equity, CEI, and data-driven improvements.
