We’re hiring production technicians at a variety of levels who can work on weekday nights, and weekend shifts — shifts that come with a 10% to 30% pay differential. The  pay ranges from $30–$41 per hour before that differential , depending on your experience, and we offer benefits and equity in the company.

The job fair will take place from 10 AM - 2 PM, and a specific arrival time will be assigned to you in a separate email.

We’re looking for technicians who:

• Have 3+ years of experience
• Know electromechanical parts and assemblies
• Can troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing discrepancies
• Can read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, with great attention to detail

• Weekday second shift (Monday-Friday, 2 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.): 10%
• Weekday third shift (Monday–Friday, 10 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.): 15%
• Weekend first shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6 a.m. – 6 p.m.): 15%
• Weekend second shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6 p.m. – 6 a.m.): 30%

At the job fair, you’ll also be able to meet our employees face to face and to see inside our magnet factory to see what the fusion energy future looks like.

Hourly pay rate range for this full-time position + equity + benefits .  The actual rate will depend on level, location, qualifications, and experience. The range displayed on each job posting reflects new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Benefits include:
