Requirements:

• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Kansas
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
• Comprehensive background check and health screenings including TB testing, immunization records (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B), and drug screening
• Completed skills checklist within one year for physical therapy specialty
• Two professional references from the past three years, including one supervisor reference
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with commitment to patient-centered care
