Set-up and operate multiple CNC machines simultaneously without routine. Will be expected to cross-train on all CNC equipment.

Performs basic math calculations, including addition and subtraction of.

Interprets basic dimensions on a print and loads, unloads and inspects parts while maintaining dimensional tolerances within specifications.

Accurately utilizes precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gage pins and depth micrometers.

Detects equipment malfunctions and/or out of tolerance machining and adjusts machine as required to ensure quality of production.

Reports machining problems to supervisor for assistance.

Maintains a clean work area, including equipment, and observes all safety.

Follows documented operator procedures including but not limited to inspection check sheets and operator notes.

Minimum 1 year experience in setting up multi-axis CNCs; preferably routers, horizontal milling, and/or vertical milling machines.
