Follow all guestservice guidelines, includingcheck-in, reservations, check-out, specialrequests, and pre-registrations. Respond promptly toguest inquiries andresolve concerns ina friendly, professionalmanner while offeringalternative solutions whenneeded. Demonstrate a commitmentto outstandingguest service bybeing welcoming, hospitable, and accommodating. Accurately document guestaccidents by completingthe required accidentreport form. Maintain a professionalappearanceand provide exceptionalservice to everyguest. Qualifications High school diplomaor GED preferred, or at least6 months ofrelated experience ortraining. One year ofhospitality experiencepreferred. Experience handling cashand processing creditcard transactions. Basic math skills. Strong attention todetail. Ability andflexibility to worka variety ofshifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
