Data Engineer

We’re seeking a Cloud Data Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Fabric to help build and enhance our modern enterprise data platform. This role will focus on designing, developing, and optimizing scalable ETL/ELT pipelines that support analytics, reporting, and future data initiatives. Responsibilities Design and automate ETL/ELT pipelines using Microsoft Fabric Pipelines and Notebooks. Develop API-based integrations using REST and GraphQL data sources. Build and maintain Lakehouse, Warehouse, and Medallion Architecture solutions. Transform and optimize data using PySpark, Spark SQL, and Python. Implement data quality, testing, monitoring, and governance processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable data solutions. Support CI/CD deployments and production operations within Azure and Microsoft Fabric environments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. 5+ years of Data Engineering experience (3+ with a Master’s degree). Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, PySpark, Spark SQL, and Python. Experience building ETL/ELT solutions using REST and GraphQL APIs. Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, DB2, or MariaDB. Experience with source control tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, or Bitbucket. #J-18808-Ljbffr Franklin Fitch
