Assistant Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Assistant Manager to join our team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of contract management processes. Responsibilities include overseeing contract execution, ensuring compliance with company policies, and coordinating with various departments to streamline operations. Additional duties involve assisting in negotiation processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing regular reports on contract statuses.

Requirements:

Proven experience in contract management or a related field
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in contract management software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Relevant degree or certification preferred
