Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments to restore function and mobility
• Develop individualized care plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire (or compact eligibility)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred, but new grads welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills
• Proficiency in therapeutic exercise prescription and manual therapy techniques
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
