Customer Service Associate

Customer Service Representative Labelink USA is currently seeking a full-time customer service representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, this role will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our customers while providing timely and accurate support to meet their needs. The customer service representative will interact regularly with key customers and internal teams to coordinate orders, resolve challenges, manage deadlines, and provide exceptional service. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and accountability are essential. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and professional communication. Address customer questions and concerns related to orders, pricing, delivery schedules, and other service-related needs. Enter and maintain customer orders accurately using company software systems. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer expectations and deadlines are met. Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Provide support to customers, suppliers, and internal teams as needed. Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional and effective communication style with customers, suppliers, and coworkers. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet critical deadlines. Strong math skills. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other common office equipment and software. Ability to learn new systems, products, and processes quickly. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and sense of urgency. Demonstrates integrity, honesty, reliability, and accountability.
