Qualifications:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited U.S. medical or osteopathic school; foreign graduates may apply with a permanent certificate from the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates
Completion of at least one year in an approved Graduate Medical Education (GME) internship
Current medical license to practice in the United States, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico
Eligibility for board certification
Completion of a minimum of one year in an anesthesiology residency program
Aged between 21 and 42 years
Must be a U.S. citizen
Permanent residency in the United States
