About Future Auto Repair

Future Auto Repair is seeking a Senior Automotive Service Advisor in Bossier City, LA, with $100,000+ annual earning potential under the stated commission and bonus plan. This high-volume shop averages 150+ vehicles per week and offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends. Advisors work with modern systems including Tekmetric and Octo Rocket in a professional, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, complete vehicle intake, and build long-term customer relationships.
• Present repair estimates and technician recommendations clearly and professionally.
• Review and explain Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) and help customers prioritize repair needs.
• Build long-term repair plans and obtain customer approvals for recommended work.
• Manage repair orders from check-in through completion while coordinating with technicians and management.
• Keep customers informed through phone, text, and email throughout the repair process.
• Follow up on declined work opportunities and maintain consistent customer communication.
• Deliver a professional, solution-focused customer experience while managing multiple repair orders.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of automotive Service Advisor experience required.
• Strong automotive sales and customer service skills.
• Experience presenting estimates and closing repair recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Experience in dealership or independent automotive repair facilities.
• Familiarity with Tekmetric is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• $100,000+ annual earning potential under the stated commission and bonus plan; actual earnings depend on results and are not guaranteed.
