Logistics & Materials Associate

Job Description Job Description At 3CON, we design and build automation and manufacturing systems for global customers. Our warehouse and logistics operations directly support engineering, production, and assembly teams, meaning accuracy, accountability, and technical awareness matter here. This role is ideal for professionals who take pride in organized systems, precise material handling, and supporting high‐quality engineering operations. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming materials, verify against purchase orders, packing slips, and engineering documentation Inspect parts and assemblies for damage, accuracy, and compliance with specifications Prepare outbound shipments by picking, packing, labeling, and staging materials for domestic and international shipping Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material‐handling equipment safely and efficiently Load and unload trucks while following OSHA and company safety standards Use barcode scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/ERP) to track inventory movements and material transactions Maintain organized storage locations, stock shelves, and clearly labeled part locations Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies affecting production or engineering schedules Perform basic math related to quantities, weights, dimensions, and freight requirements Package components according to technical, customer, and carrier requirements to prevent damage Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and audit‐ready at all times Required Qualifications Previous experience in shipping & receiving, warehouse distribution, or manufacturing environments preferred Forklift and pallet jack experience required (certification preferred) Strong attention to detail Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. regularly and work in a fast‐paced, structured environment Solid basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments Knowledge of proper packaging and material protection standards Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety and quality Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship Preferred Qualifications Proficiency using WMS/ERP systems and handheld scanners Experience working with engineered parts, production materials, or industrial components is a plus Exposure to automated equipment Company Description 3CON is a global provider of automated production systems and tooling solutions for automotive interior components.
