Our organization is thrilled to announce the initiation of a Family Medicine residency program in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. We are seeking exceptional educators eager to impart their expertise and train the upcoming generation of physicians.

Position Overview

This role primarily involves working in an outpatient environment, catering to a rural and underserved community. You will have the opportunity to practice with a significant degree of autonomy, allowing you to manage and expand your own patient panel.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in a balanced practice that includes direct patient care, clinical precepting (both inpatient and outpatient), and didactic teaching.
• Contribute to a community that deeply values its healthcare professionals.
• Benefit from a well-established system-wide Medical Education support, which provides dedicated time for leadership and educator training.

Qualifications

• Preferred candidates will have completed Family Medicine training and hold board certification.
• Immediate availability is desired.

Our facility, a 118-bed acute care hospital rated 5-Stars by CMS, is located in Mount Pleasant, Michigan.
