Job Description

Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring MIG (TIG Welding is a Plus) Welders .

Perks & Benefits:

$16 / Hour
Monday-Thursday | 6am-4:30pm (Overtime as needed, including Fridays)
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to hot/cold temperatures and concrete floors

Job Duties for MIG Welders :

Perform typical MIG weld operations including: set up welding equipment, weld according to blueprints, clamp, grind, tack-weld, or bolt components into position before welding and inspect final products for quality standards
Detect and report defective or questionable materials to the supervisor
Troubleshoot issues with welding equipment
Perform assigned work to time standards and quality expectations
Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
Follow safety rules
Other duties as needed

Job Requirements for MIG Welders :

High School Diploma or GED
MIG (TIG welding is a plus) welding experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints with welding symbols
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Good attention to detail
Ability to stand for duration of shift
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to stoop, bend, squat, twist, kneel and reach
