Lead Scheduler - Data Center We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lead Scheduler to join our team at a cutting-edge data center. Responsibilities Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive schedules for data center operations, projects, and maintenance activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and technicians, to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables. Monitor and track progress against schedules, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions as needed. Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. Communicate schedule updates and changes to all relevant stakeholders in a timely and clear manner. Analyze scheduling data to identify trends and recommend process improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations in all scheduling activities. Qualifications Proven experience in scheduling, project coordination, or a related role, preferably within a data center or technology environment. Strong proficiency in scheduling software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with data center operations, infrastructure, and maintenance processes is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred. Day-to-Day Coordinate daily schedules for maintenance, upgrades, and operational tasks within the data center. Conduct regular meetings with team leads to review progress and address scheduling conflicts. Update and distribute schedules to ensure all stakeholders are informed of timelines and changes. Monitor ongoing activities to ensure adherence to the established schedule and address any deviations promptly. Generate reports and provide insights on scheduling performance and resource utilization. Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling-related inquiries and issues.
