Manufacturing Process Engineer

Gotion Inc. is based in Silicon Valley, CA, currently building a Manufacturing facility in Manteno, IL and has R&D centers in Ohio, China, Japan and Europe. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure stable manufacturing processes in Pack/Module pilot production line, hitting target yield, capabilities, throughput, and OEE. Collaborate with Quality and other teams on control plans and in-process quality checks. Support initial process qualification, drive continuous improvement, and facilitate problem-solving using quality tools. Develop and maintain process documents, conduct training for production employees. Required Qualifications: 2-10 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in Pack/Module assembly processes. BS/MS/PhD in Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical/Materials Engineering. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range. This provides you with the opportunity to progress as you grow and advance your career at Gotion. $80,000—$120,000 USD
