Partners Personnel is seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a leading provider of innovative software solutions in the gaming and entertainment industry.
Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Clerk
Pay Rate: Starting at $20/hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Support the shipping team to meet productivity goals
- Assist with outbound shipments, carrier pickups, and shipping schedules
- Verify orders for accuracy before shipment
- Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation of all outgoing products
- Monitor inventory movement and communicate shortages or discrepancies
- Train team members on shipping procedures, safety, and best practices
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts as needed
- Troubleshoot shipping issues and resolve delays quickly
- Work closely with warehouse, inventory, and customer service teams
- Previous experience as a Shipping Lead, Shipping Clerk, or Warehouse Lead
- Leadership or team lead experience in warehouse/shipping operations
- Experience with shipping software, scanners, and inventory systems
- Strong knowledge of UPS, FedEx, LTL, and freight shipping procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
