Construction Project Manager

You’ll oversee residential renovation projects, managing timelines, budgets, contractors, and quality control with precision, urgency, and innovation. This role is central to transforming purchased homes into market-ready listings—on time, on budget, and with excellence. You shine by stepping up and taking full ownership of your projects You thrive on building efficiency at scale and leading with clarity You excel by using data, logic, and momentum to drive outcomes that matter Responsibilities Problem-solve proactively: Spot risks early, adapt quickly, and drive solutions that protect timelines and budgets Own project delivery: Manage renovations from acquisition through final walkthrough, ensuring every milestone is met with precision Lead with clarity: Build strong, accountable relationships with subcontractors and GCs. Set expectations, hold the line, and drive performance Systematize and scale: Help transition to a fully subcontracted model and implement repeatable processes to support 100+ active projects Control costs: Ensure tight budget adherence and help achieve 15%+ savings per project compared to traditional GC models Uphold excellence: Ensure contractor work meets or exceeds KLRE’s standards. Execute punch lists and manage post-construction adjustments Stay sharp on data: Maintain clean, up-to-date CRM entries—scope, budgets, timelines, and change orders—across all projects Independent, goal-oriented, and self-motivated leadership Strategic thinking with operational execution and continuous improvement mindset Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially in managing contractor accountability Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced decision-making High tech fluency and adaptability (Salesforce experience a plus) Deep understanding of residential construction, renovation, and project flow What Motivates You Owning projects end-to-end and being trusted to lead without micromanagement Building systems that create efficiency, scale, and measurable results Elevating neighborhoods by delivering better homes, faster Being recognized for exceeding expectations—on budget and ahead of schedule Solving real-world problems with speed, insight, and creativity Our Culture: LET’S GO!
