About the Role:

Join ComForCare Home Care as a Home Health Aide (HHA) in Adrian, MI, where you can make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care, and we invite you to be part of our caring team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist clients with daily living activities and mobility support.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the care team.
• Administer medications as prescribed and ensure compliance with care plans.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; HHA certification preferred.
• Previous experience in home care or a healthcare setting is a plus.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong desire to help others.
• Ability to follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must pass background checks and drug screening.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
