US Marine Corps
DutiesYou will review, analyze, and interpret injury compensation standards established by Congress and the Department of Labor (DOL).You will use the Employees Compensation Operations Management Portal (ECOMP) in accordance with DOL, DoD and DON instructions.You will work with managers and supervisors to controvert claims the activity perceives as unjustified under applicable regulations and precedent Office of Worker's Compensation (OWCP) appeal decisions.
