What You'll Do: As a Talent Specialist, you'll play a vital role in connecting great people with great jobs. You'll work hands-on with candidates and clients alike to ensure the perfect match for a wide range of opportunities - from temp gigs to full-time placements. Key Responsibilities: • • Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions. • • Partner with client companies to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions. • • Maintain detailed candidate records and manage placement pipelines. • • Build rapport quickly and cultivate trust with both talent and clients. • • Communicate clearly and professionally - both in writing and in conversation. • • Navigate between tasks like a pro in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. What We're Looking For: • • A team player with a customer-first mindset. • • Self-motivated and adaptable - you get stuff done. • • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new platforms quickly. • • A people person who loves helping others succeed. • • Bonus points for experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, or retail - but it's not required.
