Senior Financial Analyst

AAA Club Alliance is hiring for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team! This role is responsible for assisting the Financial Leadership Team in the development of analysis, business models and other financial deliverables. The Senior Analyst drives strategic decision-making by performing financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Our package includes:Competitive annual salary; the starting base compensation for this position is: $65,059-$107,276*Annual Bonus + Annual Merit Increase EligibilityHybrid schedule (3 days on-site weekly)Comprehensive health benefits package3+ weeks of paid time off accrued during your first year401(K) plan with company match up to 7%Professional development opportunities and tuition reimbursementPaid time off to volunteer & company-sponsored volunteer events throughout the yearOther benefits include a free AAA Premier Membership, Health & Wellness Program, Health Concierge Service, Life Insurance and Short Term/Long Term Disability* The base pay range shown is a guideline for compensation and ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.The primary duties are:Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement, forecasts, etc.).Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis.Report on innovation project status and forecasts, including tracking actual versus budget.Conduct historical and predictive analysis.Track and determine financial status of various business lines as assigned, by analyzing actual results with budget and/or forecast.Assist in the support and liaison with the Project Management Office (PMO) on various projects ensuring the financials are accurate.Track actual spend on various projects.Populate internal models as necessary.Assist in budget process.Work with business lines as well as finance leaders on ad hoc analysis as needed.Responsible for monthly close procedures for AAA Club Alliance’s holding company, AAA Club Alliance, and associated financial reporting.Present analytical findings and associate recommendations to Senior Leadership (CFO, CAO, VPs, etc.).Other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.5 – 7+ years’ proven working experience as a finance analyst or accountant.Strong understanding of fixed asset accounting, and sound general knowledge of accounting procedures (e.g. month end accruals, invoicing etc.).Proven success in a deadline driven environment.Ability to identify key variances and highlight these and other issues to business leaders.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities.Strong analytical skills and Advanced Excel skills.Full time Associates are offered a comprehensive benefits package that includes:Medical, Dental, and Vision plan optionsUp to 2 weeks Paid parental leave401k plan with company match up to 7%2+ weeks of PTO within your first yearPaid company holidaysCompany provided volunteer opportunities + 1 volunteer day per yearFree AAA MembershipContinual learning reimbursement up to $5,250 per yearAnd MORE!
