Job Description Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract
Schedule: (5) 8-Hour Shifts Per Week | Every Other Weekend Required | Multiple Shifts Available
A long-term care facility in Brooklyn, NY is seeking multiple Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time contract positions. This role requires LTC/nursing home experience and offers day, evening, and night shift availability, with 10+ openings needed per shift. Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care/nursing home setting
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
Monitor and document resident health status and changes in condition
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing, or completion of equivalent study in an approved professional nursing program
Current New York State LPN licensure required
LTC/nursing home experience required
EPIC experience a plus
5) 8-hour shifts per week
~ Every other weekend required
~ Shift options:
~ Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM
~ Night: 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM
