Patient Coordinator at Children's Dental Center

Description Our goal at Children's Dental Center is to provide a fun environment where children can have a positive dental experience while providing them top-quality dental care. We are seeking dependable, fun, hard-working, proactive team players to join our practice. Office Hours Monday: 7am – 5pm Tuesday: 7am – 5pm Wednesday: 7am – 1:30pm Thursday: 7am – 5pm Friday: 7am – noon Responsibilities Deliver a distinctive patient experience with every patient both in person and over the phone. Welcome patients into the office upon arrival, gathering necessary information such as patient demographics, insurance information, and updated health history. Update necessary documents into patient chart. Schedule patients for dental treatment. Collect patient payments and post them to their patient ledger. Maintain a clean and welcoming patient waiting area. Additional duties as needed such as following up with patients, transferring records, and any other necessary tasks in our office. Must arrive on time and adhere to the attendance policy. Requirements Preferred at least 1 year of experience in a dental front office setting. Customer Service experience.
