Location: Texarkana, TX
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay: $15.00 per hour

Job Description:
A local pharmaceutical company in Texarkana is seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist / Warehouse Stager to support daily warehouse and inventory operations. This position is responsible for pulling materials for daily production runs, staging product, and accurately tracking inventory using computer systems and scanners. The ideal candidate will have strong warehouse , inventory control , and material handling experience, including operating a stand-up forklift.

Key Responsibilities:

Pull and stage materials for daily production runs within the warehouse
Operate a stand-up forklift for material handling and inventory movement
Scan inventory in and out of the computer system using RF scanners
Reconcile inventory and assist with cycle counts
Maintain accurate inventory control and documentation
Perform some heavy lifting and extended standing
Follow all company SOPs for warehouse and inventory processes
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and wear required PPE

Requirements:

Previous warehouse and inventory experience
Stand-up forklift experience (required)
Strong computer skills and experience with inventory systems
Ability to use scanners for inventory tracking
Ability to reconcile inventory and maintain accurate records
Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods
Good attention to detail and organizational skills
