Senior IT Business Analyst - CRM & Marketing Systems (Remote)

Senior IT Business Analyst (Multiple Positions) – Group Health, Inc. dba HealthPartners (Bloomington, MN) Support technical solutions for Marketing and Sales Systems. Duties include: serve as liaison between business partners and application development team members to analyze, document and validate requirements; interpret and document business partner needs into functional requirements; develop technical specifications and organizational processes aligned with defined project goals; review application issues and challenges, informing IT's business partners of status and expected resolutions; track and manage new application requests, change requests, and open issues for supported business processes; ensure that appropriate approvals and documentation for change control and problem management are retained; document business process flows and data flows; create and execute test plans for small to mid-sized system changes; and, assist business partners with test creation, execution, and reporting. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or closely related technical field. Requires 3 years demonstrated proficiency in: a Business or Systems Analyst role, supporting technology solutions in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management environments in the health care industry; data integrity, reporting, and analytics for performance tracking; designing and executing user test cases; Java 17 or higher; OpenShift; and CRM technology. Requires 2 years’ demonstrated proficiency creating automation through SQL scripts; and communicating technical information to non-technical users. May permit telecommuting. $97,178‑128,835/year.
