Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: Bentonville ED: 11a-9p | Springdale ED: M-F 9a-6p & 2p-12a, Sat-Sun 10a-10p | Siloam ED: 12p-8p. Providers must be willing to work ALL shift times. Start Date: 11/1/2026, Ongoing. Allowed Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. No OT rate for this assignment.
• Job Setting: Emergency Room - Outpatient. Trauma Level 3. Stroke Certified. 14-27 beds in department. EMR: Cerner.
• Types of Cases: Emergency Room coverage. Approximately 2 patients per hour. No admissions required. No call required.
• Credentialing: Estimated credentialing timeframe: 120 days. All providers must be credentialed and enrolled prior to start date. CAQH Questionnaire required. No temporary privileges available.

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certification required - minimum Board Eligible. Accepted certifications: NCCPA, ANCCA, AANP.
• Certifications: ACLS (required - American Heart Association or American Red Cross), PALS (required - American Heart Association or American Red Cross), NRP (required), ATLS (must maintain at all times).
• Licensure: Active Arkansas license required. IMLC not accepted. Active state DEA number required. Provider must reside 90+ miles from facility.
